Guarantees

We are confident in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 12-month guarantee on all our slabs. As part of the guarantee, we are sure of the following:
 

• No hidden defects. At the moment of slab transfer, we guarantee that the product has no imperceptible cracks, voids or significant deformations that could affect its durability and quality.
• Proper drying. We ensure that the slab has been dried to the optimum moisture content (usually 8-12%) to ensure it is resistant to warping.
• Coating Quality. The coating of the slab will be crack, peel and stain free for 24 months if used correctly.
• Durability of epoxy inserts. If the product has epoxy resin inserts, we guarantee their durability, resistance to yellowing, cracking and shrinkage.
• Shape retention. The slab will not change its shape or warp if the storage and use conditions are met.
